Purposes and legal basis. We inform you that, pursuant to the existing data protection regulations, the processing of your data is carried out by Professor Giusella Finocchiaro only for the purpose of posting your comment and replying your questions that you might pose within the comment or by means of the section “Write us”. For this reason, your personal data will be processed as long as necessary for the performance of the service you have requested.
Provision of data. The provision of your name, surname (or, alternatively, your nickname) and your e-mail address is necessary, since the omitted provision of these data makes impossible to post your comment. Please note that, in the case of provision, only your name and surname (or the nickname) will be published together with your comment, while your e-mail address will not be public or disclosed.
Subjects who can receive your data. Your data could be transmitted or communicated to employees and collaborators, internal or external, of the controller who have been expressly authorised to process personal data, in order to allow the posting of your comment and to answer your questions.
Storage. The provided data will be stored for a maximum period of six months from the reception of the comment. Once this period of time will be elapsed, your data will be erased.
Rights of data subjects. You, as data subject, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. Moreover, you have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
